Project Medicine Drop Program
In an effort to stop the abuse and diversion of prescription drugs, the Woolwich Townsip Police Department is a proud participant of
Project Medicine Drop. We encourage our residents
to dispose of their unused medications safely and securely, at any time throughout the year, using our prescription drop off box, located in our Police Lobby.
Residents can visit the drop box, seven days a week, to discard unneeded and expired medications – and keep them away from those at risk
of abusing them.
The drop off box accepts solid pharmaceuticals such as pills, capsules, patches, inhalers, and pet medications. They cannot accept inhalers,
syringes or liquids.
